1ST.ONE’s Jayson & Alpha Joins ‘Wuju Bakery’

P-POP idol group 1ST.ONE members, Jayson and Alpha, are confirmed to star in ‘Wuju Bakery’ along with JeffBarcode.

1ST.ONE’s Jayson and Alpha will fly to Bangkok to join Hanyang International’s “Y Evolution 2023”, the launching event of Hanyang Studio’s Korean-Thai joint BL project on March 4, 2023, at SF World Cinema, central world. Joining them are the two up-and-coming Korean actors Q (Jun In Kyu also known as Tinkerbell from a dating show called Love Alarm Clap! Clap! Clap!) and Dion (Kim Doyoon), who will also star in Wuju Bakery and will fly from South Korea to Thailand to attend the event.

The four actors will join the other Thai actors who were casted in Hanyang Studio’s 2023 lineup: Mew Suppasit, Save Saisawat, Jeff Satur, Barcode Tinnasit, Tutor Koraphat, and Yim Pharinyakorn.

Here are the four Hanyang Studio’s Korean-Thai joint BL projects revealed to the public.

1. Eccentric Romance (Yoon Jun Won x Save Saisawat) | STATUS: FILMING COMPLETE / POST PRODUCTION

It follows the story between Sung Hoon, who has a blunt personality, and Jay, a shy and charming new guy. The two heard about a mysterious murder case within the city. And that day, a man named Jin Wook appears. Is he the culprit?

2. Love Is Like A Cat (Mew Suppasit x JM of JUST B) | STATUS: FILMING COMPLETE / POST PRODUCTION

It depicts the story of Piuno, a star with a cold image with a phobia of four-legged animals, who meets Lee Daebyeol, the director at a dog daycare.

3. Wuju Bakery (Jeff Satur x Barcode | Dion x Q | Jayson & Alpha ) | STATUS: PRE-PRODUCTION

It follows the story of a small bakery rebuilt after all sorts of hardships in a small and old neighborhood that retains precious memories of his parents—the day before the long-awaited opening ceremony. A spaceship crash-landed and ruined his bakery… The chaotic story between an alien and a good-looking baker has begun.

4. The First Love Manual (Tutor Koraphat x Yim Pharinyakorn) | STATUS: PRE-PRODUCTION
