‘All of Us Are Dead’ and ‘Delivery Man’ star Yoon Chan Young is reportedly to star in the upcoming Korean BL “I, A Gangster, Became a High Schooler”.
According to SPOTV News, Yoon Chan Young is positively considering playing the lead role in “I, A Gangster, Became a High Schooler”.
“I, A Gangster, Became A High Schooler”, is based on a popular web novel of the same name that depicts the story of an uneducated gangster, Kim Deuk Pal, who tries to save Song Yi Heon, who has tried to attempt suicide after suffering bullying at the school.
This project has attracted readers’ interest in the upcoming live adaptation with an exciting and solidified story since the serialization of the web novel — which raises expectations by casting Yoon Chan Young as the lead actor after the drama was decided.
Yoon Chan Young will lead the drama by simultaneously playing characters with a wide spectrum and impeccable acting. He will play the role of Song Yi Heon, a high school student who had no choice but to make an extreme decision after being possessed by a gangster.
“I, A Gangster, Became A Gangster” is scheduled to start filming after the cast’s completion.
