Following the official trailer release last Friday, SUKFILM’s Korean BL drama ‘Blue Boys’ made its surprise release on April 15th!
‘Blue Boys (내 안의 그놈)’ marks the first-ever BL project from SUKFILM that they have produced. The production is known for ‘Something Unique’, ‘A Woman Who Only Wants My Body’, and more. The drama, which consists of two episodes, will feature Choi Seung Jin and Lee Hoo Lim as Choi Jaemin and Kim Nami, respectively, depicting the beginning of a relationship that everyone thought would be so happy, but there is a terrible twist.
The eight-minute-long first episode begins with Jaemin receiving a call from his friend. Youngjae wonders why he’s not present at their reunion, and everyone’s wanted to see him, but the only reason he gave was that he’s busy at work. At the restaurant, Jaemin bumps into Nami, who happens to be his classmate. They revisit their high school memories together, recalling instances when their homeroom teacher caught them skipping a class. An ahjumma interrupts their conversation, alerting them to the shop’s impending closure and prompting them to leave together.
Jaemin extends an invitation to Nami to join him at his home, where he has been without a heater for months due to overdue gas. Nami thinks it’s okay; they can drink the alcohol he bought. The two continue to reminisce, and Nami suddenly says what he likes about Jaemin. Meanwhile, Jaemin expressed that he felt envious because there was a person like Hayoon following him all along, making a scene and shedding tears, and he wondered how painful that would be. He continued, but Nami fell asleep. The coldness brings the two closer as Jaemin and Nami sleep on the same bed. Their eyes gaze at each other, prompting Nami to initiate a kiss.
The episode concludes with a kiss; however, the production also released a two-minute-long uncut version, which is only available for Supreme VIP members and costs 10 dollars. We won’t be spoiling the content for you to discover!
