‘Love Mate‘ stars Cho Hyunmin and Cho Hangyul sat down for a short interview about their feelings now that the show has ended.
When asked about their feelings about the end of the show, Cho Hangyul (who plays Haram) says, “I’m very thankful to the viewers of ‘Love Mate’ who loved our show in the past four weeks. Because the viewers liked the show, ‘Haram’ is a character that I will definitely never forget and will always treasure. To all of the viewers of ‘Love Mate’, I really love you.” Meanwhile, his co-star, Cho Hyunmin (who plays Yi Jun) agrees and says, “It felt like [the show] just aired a few days ago, but it’s suddenly been four weeks since. I feel regret that it’s now over, but we had fun. Although we’re lacking, thank you so much for still loving ‘Love Mate’. I think I will always remember the character ‘Yi Jun’.” The two jokingly asks the viewers to watch the show not just once or twice, but a lot of times.
Another question was which was their most memorable scene and Hangyul said it is his swimming pool scene because he felt embarrassed showing his skin, but he loved it nonetheless because he got to play in the pool. Meanwhile, Hyunmin said his memorable scene is the restaurant where they drank alcohol with just the two of them. He says, “It was the first time that Yi Jun let Haram know about his feelings. So that was the scene that was memorable to me.”
