WATCH: ‘Boys Be Brave’ Cast Impress At Script Reading for Upcoming Series

The cast of the upcoming series already shows their great acting and chemistry in the uploaded video of the script reading.

‘Boys Be Brave’ also known as ‘Roommate’ and ‘I Can’t Confess’ by Seok Young follows Jin Woo, who allows his friend Ki Sub to temporarily stay on his couch, but the arrangement extends into months, making them roommates. Jin Woo conceals his romantic feelings for Ki Sub while dealing with his friend’s laid-back nature. Kim Sung Hyun and Nam Shi An are set to star in the main roles of the series as Kim Jin Woo, the landowner, and Jung Ki Sub, his new roommate. Also joining the cast are Ahn Se Min, portraying Ji In Ho, and Jung Yeo Jun, playing Chae Balg Eum.

Kim Jin Woo, played by Kim Sung Hyun, is a meticulous perfectionist and Kim Sung Hyun was able to perfectly capture Jin Woo’s uptight demeanor and adorable facial expressions. Meanwhile, Jung Ki Sub, played by Nam Shi An, is a one-dimensional character with a head full of flowers. He is able to show a teasing character since he is curious about Jin Woo who likes him but can’t confess to him.

Chae Balg Eum played by Jung Yeon Jun, just like his name is a positive character who juggles countless part-time jobs, carrying the love of his high school days in his heart and showing that through a powerful performance. Ji In Ho, portrayed by Ahn Se Min, uses his puppy eyes and charming looks to embark on a mission: to make Chae Balg Eum fall in love with him through three dates.
