‘Love Supremacy Zone’ Releases Updates; Raises Anticipation & Eyebrows

Following Hwacha’s webtoon ‘Love Supremacy Zone’ reportedly got its web drama adaptation, we finally got an update!

Studio Coffee Break is in charge of the upcoming web drama adaptation of ‘Love Supremacy Zone’, which is based on Hwacha’s 126-chapter Korean BL webtoon of the same name. On August 7th, the production shared an update about the upcoming project.

The drama will be under the direction of Kim Kyun Ah, and the screenplay written by Kwon Cho Rong
It consists of eight episodes with 45-minute run-time per episode

Based on an original webtoon
Secured IP rights (content copyright and distribution rights)
Production Schedule (Tentative): Filming starts this month, August until October. Then proceed to post-production in November to December. And lastly, is scheduled to be released in late December this year or early January 2024.

The drama depicts a 29-year-old man trapped inside the body of a 19-year-old young student, an extra character from the novel that his ‘Senior’’ was writing. And a translucent window appears where he receives a mission—to make Cha Yeonwoon happy within 300 days—and his life at stake as his penalty. Will he be able to survive, protect his loved ones, and fulfill his mission?
