LOOK: OhmFluke Rumored to Star in Korean BL Production ‘Surfing’

OhmFluke is coming back with a new project?

Thitiwat Ritprasert (Ohm) from ‘Bake Me Please’ and Natouch Siripongthon (Fluke) are rumored to star in a project called ‘Surfing (서핑)’ by Playlist Film/Aukivs, a South Korean-based production house. The project consists of six episodes, each lasting 45 minutes, and revolves around sports, friendship, and our most beloved genre, “Boys Love.” Director Hwang Jeong Eum takes charge of the drama, and Ohm and Fluke will portray Jin and Woo Yeon, respectively.

The drama follows the meeting between a surfer who had to go around the world following the waves but had to hide his scars and come back, and a novice surfer majoring in art. The story unfolds as they discover a sense of balance amidst unexpected waves.

According to the casting audition posted on Pixum’s website, production was scheduled for August, while the other photo below also indicates the theme of each episode, which is planned to be released in early 2024.

The rumor quickly escalated on social media that Ohm and Fluke might reunite for a new project, creating a buzz about this potential collaboration, but neither Ohm nor Fluke have officially confirmed their involvement in this project as of the latest updates. Fans of the duo are eagerly awaiting more information about this possible venture into the Korean BL scene.

OhmFluke is renowned for their debut BL dramas, “Until We Meet Again,” “Close Friend,” “Oh! My Sunshine Night,” and “609 Bedtime Story.” No further information has been released as of this writing.
