Yes, you read it right! Our beloved characters Lee Da Yeol and Jo Tae Hyun from ‘A Shoulder to Cry On’ just made their cameo appearances in the newest Korean BL web drama, ‘Jazz for Two’.
OMEGA X’s leader Kim Jae Han and maknae (youngest) Shin Ye Chan, who portrayed the roles of Da Yeol, an aspiring archer who spends his time in school as an outsider, and Tae Hyun, one of the school’s most popular students, class president, and with a dark secret past, in Korean BL ‘A Shoulder to Cry On’ released last year.
The cameo begins with the main protagonist, Yoon Se Heon, struggling to find Wooyeon Arts School. He bumps into Da Yeol, who is also clueless about the location. Then, Tae Hyun arrives and calls out to his boyfriend. Da Yeol asks Tae Hyun if he knows where the school is, and Tae Hyun responds that it’s quite far away. The scene ends with Se Heon thanking the couple.
Despite their minute-long guest appearances, this already generates a buzz on social media, and their fans are hoping for the drama to have a sequel! Jae Han and Ye Chan are Song Hangyeom’s fellow members in the South Korean K-pop boy group OMEGA X. Hangyeom is playing the role of Seo Do Yoon, a lively and optimistic drum specialist. In addition, Jae Han also participated as a lyricist and composer for “Improvisation,” one of the drama’s original soundtracks.
