On April 18, LGBTQ+ BL global media hub GagaOOLala announced the newest Korean BL (K-BL) web drama ‘Boys Be Brave’ to the platform!

The eight-episode K-BL series portrays Jin Woo and Ki Sub as university friends, and Sunny and In Ho as high school friends navigating their relationship. The storyline delves into the challenges of expressing affection for their friends and the intricate journey of confessing their feelings.

Director Lim Hyun Hee, renowned for her works in “Our Dating Sim,” which is available for streaming on GagaOOLala, leads the drama adaptation of Seon Young’s webtoon “Roommate.” The series features a talented cast, including Kim Sung Hyun, Nam Si An, Jung Yeo Jun, Ahn Se Min, and Jung Yoo Hyeon.

OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS: Jung Ki Sub and Kim Jin Woo are just friends. But Jin Woo has a secret: He has a big crush on Ki Sub! So far, he has kept his feelings a secret. But will he let the cat out of the bag when Ki Sub asks to stay with him? As friends, it was easier to keep a lid on his emotions. But now that his crush is also his roommate, Jin Woo must decide whether or not to come clean about his feelings! Will the truth free Jin Woo, or could it wreck his friendship? Lim Hyun Hee directed this 2024 South Korean drama series.
