Mayo Tsurakame’s manga, ‘Perfect Propose,’ has been announced for a live adaptation and is set to premiere in 2024!
‘Perfect Propose’ is reportedly having its six-episode TV drama adaptation based on Mayo Tsurakame’s manga of the same name. This is a pure love story that unfolds as two individuals, who made a childhood promise to marry each other, reunite after many years. The manga was digitally published in English by Fantasista Inc. via futekiya on December 3, 2021. Shunya Kaneko, renowned for his role in Ultraman Trigger, will take on the character of Hirokuni Watari, a salaryman who has grown weary of life. On the other hand, Kota Nomura will portray Kai Fukaya, a cool younger boy with excellent housework skills. Tadaaki Horai, who was involved in the production of the live-action ‘My Love Mix-Up!’, is set to direct the series. Takeshi Miyamoto, known for their work on ‘Old Fashion Cupcake‘, will be writing the script. The series is scheduled to make its debut on Fuji TV On Demand, consisting of six episodes, in the upcoming year.
