A new Japanese BL about a campus star and a country boy premieres on July 1!
Minta Suzumaru’s ‘Takara no Vidro’ (official English title ‘Takara’s Treasure) follows Taishin, who moves to Tokyo from Fukuoka to reunite with Takara, a stranger who had previously consoled him. Despite Taishin’s attempts to express gratitude, Takara initially ignores him. Undeterred, Taishin continues pursuing Takara, who becomes increasingly captivated by Taishin’s earnest approach.
The manga is currently complete with 7 chapters and was serialized by Dear+. It was recently licensed by SubLime and will be available to purchase on September 10 this year. The live adaptation will be exclusively available on the video distribution service Lemino starting July 1st at 10:00 AM (GMT+9). It will be broadcast on TV Asahi and TV Kanagawa on the same day at around 11:30 PM (GMT+9). Further announcements about the main cast and posters will be made on the drama’s official X (formerly Twitter) account.
