This Valentine’s Day, will there be successful love stories for everyone?
A couple of weeks after their eventful “honeymoon,” Haruta and Maki prepare for their upcoming Valentine’s Day wedding. While Haruta eagerly anticipates the event, Maki’s work leaves him exhausted, causing Haruta to feel lonely. On the day of the meeting with the wedding planner, Maki fails to show up on time due to work commitments, leaving Haruta feeling disheartened. Kurosawa, his housekeeper, offers to accompany him to the meeting. Similarly, on the tuxedo fitting day, Maki’s overtime causes him to be late, further saddening Haruta. As he reflects on their differing views on weddings and daily values, Haruta begins to experience marriage blues. Meanwhile, Kikunosuke, is eager for Izumi to let go of his deceased lover Akito and embrace the present. On the other hand, unaware of Kikunosuke’s feelings, Izumi sought advice from his boss, Takegawa, expressing uncertainty about unrequited love. “Valentine’s Day is an opportunity for that,” Izumi remarked, reaching for the chocolate, but…?
