We finally have a date for the second season of ‘Minato’s Laundromat‘!
On June 13, it was announced that Akira Minato, played by actor Kusakawa Takuya, and Shintaro Katsuki, played by actor Nishigaki Sho, are back this coming July 5! Additionally, some of the characters in season 1 are also coming back — Fukushi Seiji is back as Sakuma Takayuki, Inaba Yu as Sakuma Hiiragi, Oku Tomoya as Hanabusa Asuka, Toyoshima Hana as Katsuki Sakurako, and more.
Based on Tsubaki Yuzu’s manga ‘Minato Shouji Coin Laundry’, the first season of ‘Minato’s Laundromat’ is about 30-year-old Minato who inherited his laundromat from his grandfather, where he meets Shin, a handsome high school student. Despite the age difference between the two, they quickly become good friends. But in a sudden twist of events, Shin suddenly discovers that Akira is gay.
In the second season, the first episode will reportedly capture Minato and Shin, who have been lovers for nearly three months. Although already a couple, they will encounter some problems… but will they overcome this? Will we see an improvement in Shin and Akira’s relationship in the second season?
