Will the return of Sakae’s ex-boyfriend finally make Soga realize his true feelings in the next episode of Although I Love You, and You?
Mizuki, Sakae’s ex-boyfriend, suddenly arrives at Tamae. Sakae is surprised to see Mizuki, whom he hasn’t heard from since their breakup three years ago. Unable to leave someone in need alone, Sakae decides to let Mizuki, who is currently without a home or job, stay with him. Therefore, Mizuki initiates his efforts to stay close to Sakae at every opportunity, even joining him in the sauna and attempting to share the same room with him to sleep. Meanwhile, Soga feels that there’s something more between him and Sakae, but he struggles to respond to his confession and doesn’t understand even himself. When Kazuyo notices him deep in thought, she invites him to Tamae to discuss their feelings. However, Mizuki’s great skills and closeness with the regular customers leave Soga unsettled, particularly as he observes the close bond between Sakae and Mizuki. Soga even finds himself imagining intimate scenarios between the two. He is clearly affected by Mizuki’s presence, but could there be another reason why he can’t accept Sakae’s confession?
