WATCH: ‘Boyy of God’ Releases Official Introduction Story Part I

SYNOPSIS: Set in the province of Sisaket, Coach Man, the leader and caretaker of the Maitree Gospel Church, is taking over the responsibility after his parents passed away. Aside from his role as a leader, he is also a physical education teacher at the local high school and founded a water polo club at the school, which is made up entirely of Christians. The club consists of 12 members namely, Sawan, Champ, Touch, Poo, Yot, Petch, Kob, Mee, Tao, Kem, Sun, and the newest member, Lert. And Cha, an alumnus of the school, works as a coaching assistant for the club and helps out at the church. A bizarre event occurred with Coach Man — where he often had memory lapses and would leave his clothes in various places, walking around naked and unaware of what he had done — that prompted the water polo team to call Mueng, Coach Man’s only son who is studying in Bangkok, to go back and check his father’s condition. Mueng returns to Srisaket with Num and Coach Nueng (Num’s father ), a former athlete who had a deep connection with Coach Man. Mueng decided to tell Coach Nueng and Num that he had to stay to take care of his father and that he might have to move back to study in Sisaket. When Coach Man fell ill, rumors began to circulate that he was gravely ill because he had violated God’s teachings and God was punishing and testing him. Even more than that, the love among the young boys on the water polo team in the church was difficult to conceal any longer. Their life tests would become increasingly difficult, leading each person to question the love that God had for them. This led to fractures, conflicts, and loss that they could never forget for the rest of their lives.
