Following the announcement of the lead actors, the upcoming sapphic drama MATE the Series has unveiled its pilot trailer.
The trailer introduces the storyline where a fortune teller reveals that Genlong’s destined partner is a woman, causing her frustration, especially as her mother pressures her to choose a suitable partner from a pre-approved list. A fateful reunion with Aoey, her childhood friend, ignites unexpected feelings, revealing Aoey’s deep desire to win her heart. However, their relationship faces challenges, forcing Genlong to choose between running away with Aoey or risking her inheritance by defying her mother’s wishes.

MATE the Series is ZENSE Entertainment’s first-ever sapphic drama, based on Chao Pla Noy’s popular novel “Mateเพื่อนรัก” (Mate, My Best Friend). The drama stars the talented Ponchano Theerawan (Aoey) from House of Stars and Budsarin Wonglelanont (Grace), who won Miss Teen Thailand 2015, alongside Thapanat Athikompokin (Boss).
