It seems Joe is unable to avoid Ming and Tong who haunts him even in his second life.

‘My Stand In’ follows Joe, a stuntman for the famous actor Tong, who forms a deep relationship with Ming, unaware that Ming sees him as a replacement for Tong. After Joe’s accidental death on a film set, he wakes up in another boy’s body named Joe. Ming tries to bring Joe back into his life, seeking closure for unfinished business. Will their love finally be fulfilled?

In the next episode, after using up all the money to pay for the original Joe’s hospital bills, Joe goes back to being Tong’s stand-in to cover his mother’s medical expenses after finding out she has pulmonary edema. Meanwhile, despite being accused by Sol of causing Joe’s death, Ming continues to live at Joe’s house, waiting for him to return and still in denial about Joe’s death.

OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS: Joe, a stuntman for Tong, a famous young actor, met Ming by chance. The two have such a deep relationship that Joe doesn’t know that Ming has always seen him as Tong’s replacement. When the truth is revealed, Joe has to work on a foreign film set, and an accident takes his life. Joe wakes up in the body of a young boy named Joe who had an accident on the same day, with his mother taking care of him and Wut helping him. Everything brings Joe back to living the same life as before, with the same people, and Joe meets Ming again. In this life, Ming wanted Joe to come back to his side as before. Ming tries to find out the truth about Joe still being alive to get Joe back by his side and tell him the reason he didn’t have a chance to tell Joe before it was too late…
