Mean girl who?
Tan France denied that he manipulated production through underhanded ways to kick out Bobby Berk from their hit Netflix series ‘Queer Eye’ to make room for his friend, Jeremiah Brent.
Berk announced his exit on November 22 after eight long seasons with the show. The former resident interior design expert said in his farewell message on Instagram, “It’s not been an easy decision to be at peace with, but a necessary one.”
After his announcement, the news was immediately met with rumors of a feud with France which Berk denied to be his reason for leaving but added that he and France made up at the 75th Emmy Awards when ‘Queer Eye’ won the Outstanding Structured Reality Program award.
Fans thought that to be the end of it but on March 5, Tuesday, Rolling Stone published an article that alleged France with fellow castmate Antoni Porowski’s support, campaigned to replace Berk with interior designer and friend Jeremiah Brent, with one of the three sources calling it “mean-girl antics.”
