A GL from Japan will be available starting from November 8!
Based on Maruni Ogawa’s manga, ‘Kimi no Tsugu Kaori wa‘ (The Fragrance You Inherit) follows Sakura Hirose, who received her greatest treasure on the worst day of her life and now lives a peaceful life with her son Toki, who has become a high school student. However, their lives begin to change when Toki brings home his girlfriend Kanae, who resembles Sakura’s beloved Monet and carries a scent filled with memories. The series will be a story of first love and family love woven by two generations of parents and children through “fragrance”.
Hoshino Mari will play the role of Sakura while Kato Rosa will be Monet. The film will be directed by Ishibashi Yuho, with a script written by Shimo Ayumi. This duo previously worked together on ‘Our Dining Table’ and ‘Takara’s Treasure’.

The drama will be collaborating with Miller Harris, a British maison fragrance brand. Miller Harris products will be featured in the drama, in which perfume plays an important role.
